Hall Rental, Catering & Bar Service

VFW Post 9545 Banquet Hall Facility is ideal for Weddings, Showers, Fundraisers, Class Reunions, Anniversary Parties, Family Parties, Funeral Luncheons, Corporate Meeting, and Special Events. Post 9545 boasts plenty of parking and has a well lighted parking lot, is handicap accessible, the staff is courteous and well trained. Below is a list of prices for rental, food and bar packages.   Current Hall Only Rental Prices No Bar or Catering:
  $575 Saturdays for 5 (five) hours + $30 Hall Monitor
  $300 Sunday for 4 (four) hours + $30 Hall Monitor

$300 Weekdays + $30 Hall Monitor

  Hall is Open 10 am - 11 pm Monday-Saturday, 11 am - 11 pm Sunday

 All Events will conclude by 11 pm

  Current Hall Rental Prices With Bar Or Catering:
  $475 Saturdays for 5 (five hours) Hall opens at 10am
  $260 Sunday for 4 (four) hours + $50 each hour up to six hours after Hall opens at 11 am
   All events will conclude by 11 pm

   Food is $16.00 per person plus 20% tip and 8.5% tax.     The bar included with the package is a four (4) hour bar. 

*Notes: Extra Hour for the bar is $150.00 per hour and must be requested no later than 1 (one) day before the event.

5 hour maximum for the bar.  More than 100 attendee's requires that we have 2 bartenders.  

No persons under the age of 21 shall consume any alcoholic beverages on the premises.

Access to the hall on the day of your event for any personal decorating, setup, etc. cannot be made before 11:30 am.

Package #4 All Draft Beer, Up to Call Liquor, (No Blended Drinks), Wine and Domestic Bottled Beer ($18.75) Per Person
Package #5 All Draft Beer, Up to Premium Liquor, Blended Drinks, Wine and all Bottled Beer ($21.75) Per Person

*Catering pricing is based on 125 or more people.  Under 125 people, the price increases by $1.50 per/person.

*We DO NOT cater for under 75 people.

The Auxiliary provides the Champagne Toast to the Bride, Groom, and the remaining seated at the head table as our gift to you.

Linen Tablecloths in Non Packages is $11.00 per Table
